Cooking Kit -Salad Wrap

In this Kit you’ll find:
- 3 fresh mungbean and rice wraps
- 1 box of organic salad mix
- Zest sweet and spicy tomato sambal
- Smokey eggplant
- Red bean hummus
- Sweet corn fritters
- Marinated Mushrooms
- Fermented vegetables
You will need:
- A chopping board, some cutlery and a knife to cut the wraps
And now what?
Step 1. Lay a wrap on your clean kitchen bench.
Step 2. Get painting. Spread, dollop, sprinkle and gently dump all your favourite ingredients on this artwork of yours. You can’t get this wrong. Got some items lying around in your fridge? See if you want to add those too?
Step 3. To wrap, we suggest folding the sides over a little. Next, like you’re about to roll the most amazing cigar, use your whole hand to stretch and fold and gently squeeze and roll until you end up with a nice firm wrap. Confidence is key.
Step 4. Optionally, you may toast your creation briefly, under a grill or in a dry, hot pan.
Step 5. Why not cut this wrap in half? Or even in 4 pieces. Present it on a wooden board. Or on a plate, or even on the stomach of your beloved. You’re the chef. Enjoy!
